Sad news

Many bursars since 2000 will remember Colin Street, our tour guide in London, Oxford, Bath and to Stonehenge. His colourful and fascinating stories and descriptions enriched our knowledge and appreciation of these significant places immensely. He and his wife always attended the Welcome Reception at Goodenough College each year. He formed very warm links with the bursars, and took a deep interest in them. He passed away unexpectedly on 28th February 2019. We have sent condolences from our Old Abes to Mrs Street, and paid tribute to the remarkable work he did for us over nearly 20 years.
